In this workshop, David will guide participants in demystifying the chakra system, equipping them to confidently share these teachings with the general public. He brings depth and clarity by integrating somatic practices, trauma-informed principles, and modern psychological frameworks, while also honoring the mystical and contemplative dimensions of this ancient system. David will introduce practical strategies and accessible concepts for therapists, healers, yoga teachers, and seekers who wish to incorporate this wisdom into their work.
This experiential workshop invites participants to engage in their own personal process within a supportive group environment. Attendees will explore their inner landscape while learning tools they can integrate into both professional and personal practices with individuals and groups.
David Meyer, LCSW, is a psychotherapist and yoga instructor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and groups. He has worked across multiple levels of care and has taught yoga to diverse populations in both community and clinical settings.
