The Kishwaukee Family YMCA and Northern Rehab Physical Therapy Specialists invite the community to join us for our monthly collaborative Morning Coffee & Lunch (provided by Hy-Vee) for the Lunch & Learn Educational Series. This educational series is free and open to the public. Registration is required and lunch (sandwiches & Chips) will be provided by our co-sponsor HyVee in Sycamore.
March Topic: This presentation will focus on form, mobility, and injury prevention for athletes, weekend warriors, and the general population. The goal is to improve your performance and maximize your gains, all while reducing your risk of injury. We will review exercises and soft tissue techniques to improve flexibility, joint range of motion, and muscle tone, and to assist your recovery from day-to-day aches and pains, while also helping you reach your long-term fitness-related goals.
