Join us for a deeply restorative morning honoring the Spring Equinox! The sacred turning point where light and dark come into balance and we gently step into a new season of growth!The Equinox marks the Astrological New Year and the season of Aries. The first sign of the zodiac, symbolizing renewal, courage, and fresh beginnings. Together we will release the heaviness of winter and create space for clarity, intention, and expansion!
Through crystal singing bowls, grounding tones and intentional stillness, you'll be guided into a deep reset!
This is your invitation to pause.
To soften.
To reset with the rhythm of nature.
Let's gather in community to honor this sacred time. You'll be bathed in sound frequencies aligned with the Chakras to bring the body into harmony while we reflect on what we are ready to plant, nurture and grow this season.

Water
BYOM (mat - we are limited)
Dress cozy
Blanket
Pillow/cushion
Journal and pen (optional)
PROVIDED:
Lavendar warming eye mask (last about 30-40 min)
Fresh seasonal tea

Just a few VERY more important notes for everyone joining:
Connect Collaborative 1205 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL (GPS will say “Energize Fitness”)
Look for the red brick standalone building across from Farm & Fleet.
Please park in the row furthest from the back door, near the grass.
Our entrance is from the back of the building. The front door will be locked!
Once parked, the door is to the West side of the building and down the stairs.
In the winter months the back door will be open to access. Open the door and it's the first door on your Right. Follow those downstairs.
Bathrooms are located downstairs.
DO NOT USE THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOMS
