Lunar Eclipse Meditation & Five Gong Relaxation

On the day of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo, meditate and revitalize. This workshop starts with a practical forecast of the current astrology. Open physically and energetically with movement and stretching from Kundalini Yoga and practice a special meditation aligned with the Full Moon in healing Virgo.

Then, restore in the healing vibrations of five gongs; 36” Paiste Brilliant, 34” Vintage Paiste, 32” Paiste Symphonic, 28” Paiste Bronze No. 9 and 21” Gongland Infinity Gongs. Allow the cosmic vibrations to release emotional blocks, open energetic channels and rebalance the nervous system as you relax deeply.

No experience necessary. The gong is not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 7. It is not recommended to be intoxicated with any drugs or alcohol during the practice or gong. This is a sober event.

Wear comfy clothes. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and any pillows/cushions that will make you feel comfortable while laying on your back. Some blankets and yoga mats available in studio.
