This event meets every Monday, for four weeks, beginning Monday, March 2nd.

Have you ever tried to meditate and thought to yourself “This isn’t working.. Am I doing this right?.. I wish I could feel more peace!” Trying to quiet the mind without the tools to do it is like trying to fix your car without the necessary knowledge, you may figure it out eventually but it will take a whole lot longer!

**If interested in Intro to In-Depth Meditation Practice, which is a pre-req. for attending our Monday Night Community Night and our In-Depth Meditation workshops, one will be offered after the conclusion of this 4-week series!
