Luna Finn is coming back on August 22-23, 2026! There will be discounts if you purchase multiple workshops. Keep in mind that the Creative Repetition workshop is 120 minutes, whereas the others are 90 minutes, so that workshop is only available for a discount if you purchase all 4 workshops.

Bio
Luna Finn is a Bay Area, CA based circus performer, producer, visual artist, and union make up artist. She discovered her love for circus at Burning Man 2010 and has not looked back since.
Luna specializes in aerial hammock/sling with main focuses on act creation, character development, and movement quality. She created a program called The Movement Quest, which dives into her methods, theories, and thoughts around flow state and a step-by-step guide on how to set up an act in an interesting and fool-proof way.
As the founder and director of DAM Circus, she prioritizes group choreography and community building. She is the creative mind behind Salooniverse and Cosmic Expedition!, and has experience coordinating performers for events such as Coachella and Envision Festival in Costa Rica. Luna also hosts a monthly revue in collaboration with Hubba Hubba Revue called DAM n FRANDZ that takes place in downtown San Francisco.

1pm - Low Flow Sass Class 2026 - 90 minutes - $70
Low Flow Sass Class is back! In this workshop, students will learn interesting ways to incorporate sling low flow into their choreography while also using the ground. We will think of the hammock as a dance partner rather than an apparatus. Come learn and brand-new dance hammock choreo that is accessible for all levels.
Pre Reqs: ability to not take yourself too seriously ;)
3pm - Low Flow Sass Intermediate Class - 90 minutes - $70
For the first time, Luna is bringing an intermediate level of Low Flow Sass Class!! We will explore fun ways to work with the hammock that involves more flying, more dynamics, and more DRAMA.
Pre reqs: comfortable in hammock, strong pull overs, flamenco grip, 20 second bent arm hands, strong dead hangs
1pm - KISS 3.0 - Inside Out - 90 minutes - $70
Working through inside out crochet wraps to find interesting pathways, entrances, and exits. Students will learn multiple variations and then team up to discover their own sequences and then present their findings in a low stress and supportive environment.
Pre reqs: confident in pull overs, at least 2 min endurance, solid dead hangs
3pm - Lunaverse - Creative Repetition - 120 minutes - $85
Students will learn Luna's process for creating choreography. With over 10 years of performing experience, nationally and internationally, Luna has gone through trial and error of the easiest way to work through ideas- creating glorious aerial messes that turn into art. There will be a 15-20 minute discussion at the beginning of the workshop where we will break down how to approach choreography and flow state in a structured and not so abstract way. Worksheets will be included. After the discussion, students will be given sequences followed by guided exploration time. Look out for homework assignments before the workshop and come prepared to play!
Pre Reqs: strong hammock foundations, ability to remember short intermediate sequences, open to making messes and learning from them. Headphones needed. Ability to spin is a plus but not a requirement.
