SWEAT440 offers 40 minute, coach-led workouts with classes starting every 10 minutes. The workouts are pre-programmed, removing all the guesswork, and designed to build strength and endurance, effectively improving body composition. Look forward to working out with an amazing community, full of encouragement and support!
