Terms & Conditions

• Cars to be parked alongside tents
• Max length of stay is 4 nights (i.e. Thursday until Sunday
• All motorhomes, tents and campers to have left the site by 10am Monday
• No music or loud noise after 11pm.
• No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch).
• No chemical toilet waste to be emptied in the clubhouse toilets.
• Dog friendly, but rugby players don’t like doggy mess!
• Ludlow RFC will not accept any responsibility for accidents on site during your stay.
• The ground is adjacent to a river and can represent a danger
• Hard standing pitches are limited, available on a first come, first served basis.
• No refunds will be given.
• All campers to act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and LRFC Health and Safety Policy and comply with RLFC Official’s requests and Guidance.
