Join Brooke for a rare UK retreat in the beautiful Welsh border near Ludlow. For most of us, having the opportunity for quiet and visioning time in this kind of beautiful landscape is rare. And this lovely land is calling so strongly, we are thrilled to offer the choice to enjoy an exceptional day of personal beauty and deepening.
We will begin together at 7 PM for meditation, focus, and intention setting as we begin our fasting time. You will come ready for your inner work in the supportive presence of the natural world - in group, and by yourself with the spirits of the land. Seeking our more wild, free and powerful selves, we will walk the trails; sit in quiet on the land; bathe and rest in the sun; deepen into our own present process with shamanic journey and exercises.
