Self contained camping only
No chemical waste disposal on site, please take it home with you
No dogs
Arrival after 2pm on day of booking
Depature by 10am following day
No music or loud noise after 11pm
No metal tent pegs (this is a rugby pitch).
No chemical toilet waste to be emptied in the clubhouse toilets.
Ludlow RFC will not accept any responsibility for accidents on site during your stay.
The ground is adjacent to a river and can represent a danger
No hard standing pitches available
No refunds will be given
All campers to act in accordance with Health and Safety Legislation and LRFC Health and Safety Policy and comply with RLFC Official’s requests and Guidance.
