Join us for our 6-week series in 2025 aligned with brain injury awareness month and Mindful March. Learn accessible yoga and mindfulness strategies that promote resilience and post-traumatic growth following a brain injury. Join Alli, an instructor with lived experience of TBI (traumatic brain injury) and certified facilitator with LoveYourBrain, the leader in research and programming to support yoga and mindfulness for the brain injury community, every Wednesday March 5 - April 9 @ 4:00- 5:00 pm. (April 16 built in weather date). This course is for anyone with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury (including concussion) and their care givers.
