We're celebrating friendship at RISE on Valentine's day with Kids Partner Yoga! While we practice supporting each other through partner poses, mindful connection and positive communication, your grown ups can enjoy a night for themselves. No prior experience with yoga necessary! At our RISE Kids camp this summer, partner yoga was definitely a favorite among our kiddos. No need to bring anything- just wear comfy clothes and bring a positive mindset. For children ages 4-10.
After some time for yoga and mindfulness with Melissa and Wendy, we'll serve pizza and popcorn and enjoy a cozy movie night. Reserve your spot now!
