Micheal’s new Sound Bath, ‘Love's Vibration’ is to allow couples to experience the healing power of Crystal, Reiki,Sound and Hypnotherapy, with elements of Inner Qigong to create all the associated benefits such as reduced stress, oodles of calm and relaxation, healing and wellbeing. Being a themed shared event adds an extra dimension, and brings even more benefits. It focuses on the joy,respect, love, romance and passion you share for each other, and brings it firmly into focus and strengthens those feelings by using Hypnosis to relive past, happy, positive events, such as a holiday, a special day, event or experience you have shared together. The session works to evoke and stimulate the joy of your love and passion you have together and brings it firmly into the Now.

Lying Together on Yoga Mats Holding Hands

Lying down on Yoga mats with hands touching to get a better better energetic connection, and with some modified breathing and a few Qigong smiles, then my Shamanic Drum and 3 Gongs will slowly send you off on your journey to where you have both agreed. This will be unique to you. Micheal will encorage and direct you to explore the holiday or event in full detail reliving the happy, positive feelings and memories you experienced, once again. As you slowly come back down to Earth, your body will be waiting for you, and it will feel Less Stressed, more Balanced, Uplifted & Energised. you will also feel that your journey together will have inspired, and filled you with more love, joy and happiness for each other

We will be using a light hypnotic state to help couples enjoy a guided meditation on the same theme from a past holiday or event that they shared together. Where this Sound Bath differs is that It will try to take you both back to the same event, or holiday that you both enjoyed, and holds a lot of love, happy memories,pleasure and emotions, and full of positive energy for you both.

Where The Beat Goes Gong

Sound therapy is a very special and unique experience, where attendees traditionally lay down on a yoga mat with their heads facing the Gong, or in a warm cosy sleeping bag. The sound and vibrations will flow through and saturate your body energetically, emotionally, mentally and physically. Sound therapy is a very powerful tool, allowing us to unplug ourselves from the hectic grid, and activate, and modify our states of consciousness in a positive way, to readjust the bodies natural rhythms, release tension and energy blockages, and bring inner calm and stillness, where deep healing can then occur.

What To Expect

If you have been to one of my Gong Baths previously I look forward to welcoming you back. If you haven't you will receive a warm welcome. This fabulous session is currently only available at my Gong Studio at Chase Farm.

The journey you both choose will be very special and magical, and unique to you both. Your journey will invoke your inner senses and stimulate the feelings and memories you experienced the first time around, while slowly calming, soothing and balancing your mind and body. Wherever you choose as your destination,it is a place where wellbeing, relaxation and healing abide, a place where altered states of consciousness, plus high vibrational healing energy await you.

Preparation

Please try to avoid a large meal, and any alcohol prior to arriving. It is quite normal for your body temperature to drop during a Sound Bath, or any energy work, and warm loose fitting clothes, and socks are recommended, especially on cold days. Micheal has Yoga mats, cushions for your head, and back (should you need them), and plenty of blankets to keep you both warm and toasty during the session. Please feel free to bring your own blanket and cushion if you prefer.

Your Journey begins here at my Gong Studio.

When you arrive Micheal will discuss with you both the journey that you both would like to re-live, be it a holiday, an event you both attended such as a party, in fact it can be any happy, positive event or activity.Please arrive for 7pm. There is parking on our drive and in front of our house.Our full address and post code will be on your ticket

• Your Healing Journey Begins at 7.15pm. Fasten your seat belts and prepare to enjoy the experience. Once you are comfortable and settled Micheal will give a brief introduction and set the intention, which you can repeat yourselves.
• With your eyes open and your attention fixed on the ceiling, Micheal will begin playing the koshi Air chimes, as he guides you with Deep belly breathing which uses a long deep breath in, quickly followed by a short sharp breath in, a short pause followed by a long deep breath out. This will remove more C02 (Carbon Dioxide) from your body than any other breathing method, together with any stale stagnant negative energy that has been trapped in your body. This method is also more effective in lowering stress, anxiety and tension, as well as lowering your blood pressure & providing more relaxation for your body.
• The deep breathing will help slow your brain waves from Beta, to Alpha, while having a direct positive effect on the vagus nerve causing your parasympathetic nervous system to relax the bodies main organs.
• The crystals you will be holding, and have around you both have been Reikied so you will receive both Crystal and Reiki healing energy throughout the session.
• Micheal's first guided meditation will be Qigongs Healing or Inner smile, which will initially send healing energy directly into your lungs, heart & third eye chakra.
• Micheal plays the Shaman drum, quietly at first, before picking up pace with its rhythmic beat. Micheal will ask you to concentrate on the sound of the drum, while giving some positive suggestions for you to repeat Your brainwaves slowed, the Shamanic drum will cleanse and wash away any negativity and energy blockages, while calming and soothing your inner senses. Micheal will then guide you on your inner journey. After several minutes he will leave you to either continue with your journey, or you can focus on the drum or breathing.
• Micheal will intuitively begin to play the three Gongs. Your brainwaves will slow further taking you beyond Alpha into Theta and possibly Delta.
• Now you can focus on and absorb the healing energy from the Gongs flowing through every part of your body, or you can focus on your slow rhythmic breathing, or continue with your journey, or you can even allow yourself to fall asleep if you want, and you will still receive all the benefits. Many people cycle through each of these.
• Your body's vibrational rate will have already started to rise, to match the higher vibrations from the Sound, Crystals, and Reiki. As this happens more negative energy in your body will begin to collapse, and fall away and this will initiate your body to begin healing itself. The high vibration helps connect us to the universe, where our already altered states of consciousness become further expanded as well as offering us a Psycho Acoustic gateway to an experience like no other.
• Your levels of calm and relaxation will increase, plus the soothing of your nervous system, strengthening your immune and energy systems and releasing a host of hormones to make you feel good.
• As our journey continues profound levels of peace and calmness as well as unconditional absolute love can flow through & around you, reaching right into your heart.
• Micheal incorporates periods of silence known as "Sandhya" between the sounds, in order to help your mind gradually process and release any negative experiences,and feelings

• Many will feel that time itself can become distorted where the session feels shorter or longer. but eventually it does come to an end, as the Drum and Gongs fall silent. This is not an empty silence however, it is a sacred silence, created by the gong sounds fading away, leaving the Gong Space full of intense profound healing power. Many people find this part of the session the most powerful and Micheal will give you time to absorb this energy as you slowly return to Earth.
• As you slowly come back down to Earth, your body will be waiting for you, and it will feel Less Stressed, more Balanced, Harmonised, Uplifted & Energised. Most people say they feel lighter, & happier, having Sensed & Felt the Warmth and Love of the Universe. You have now been Gonged.
• Included with the cost of your ticket, and starting from the following evening Micheal will send you a distant Reiki healing session full of more love for you both each evening right up to seven days after.

This session uses all three of my Gongs to totally immerse your body in wave after wave of healing sounds and high vibrations, while the Shaman Drum produces a cleansing action to wash away negative energy and blockages, while calming and soothing your inner senses. High Vibrations from the Shamanic Drum & Gongs enter us not only through the ears, but through the entire body.

Crystals and Energy

Micheal has selected several powerful Love Crystals for this session which include Amethyst, the crystal of love & protection. Clear Quartz, the amplifier of love, Selenite,connects us to the universe. Citrine, the radiant rock of love. Rose Quartz, the stone of unconditional love,& to strengthen relationships. and Lapi Lazuli for honesty in love. Some of these will be to hold, to place around your body, and Aura. Micheal's Gong Studio has a large family of Crystals and Reiki symbols all of which help keep the Gong Space full of high vibrational positive energy, which you may feel when you arrive. With the use of Reiki and its symbols this ensures no negative or harmful energies can come through. Each day Micheal practices his Qigong and Reiki as well as playing his high vibrational instruments which constantly energise the Gong Space.He will also invite your Spirit guides as well as his own to come through and assist with your healing and wellbeing.

This event will repeat once per month initially on a Friday evening at 7pm. After taking some details the session will commence at 7.15 and conclude at 8.20pm. You can choose to pay for your tickets when you book or opt to pay on the door when you arrive. If you book and pay then find that you are unable to attend I will offer you a full refund or a free transfer to another date.

Crystal, Reiki , Sound healing together with Internal Qigong and Hypnotherapy combined together are generally considered safe for most people, regardless of age or fitness level. However as a precaution they may not be recommended during pregnancy, or those diagnosed with epilepsy, seizures, or some mental health conditions, especially when taking prescribed psychotropic drugs.

This also applies to anyone who has a pacemaker or other electrical or mechanical device fitted. For those who wear a hearing it is recommended that these are turned down to avoid any discomfort. For those with any other medical condition and feel concerned please speak to your G.P, Consultant or medical practice before booking your place.

Meditative Spiritual Journey's

Most of the images on this listing have been inspired by people who have been to my Gong and Sound baths over a number of years and are snapshots of what they have seen and felt during their journey, together with my own vissions during my meditations. I include them with the consent of those who experienced them.

The Benefits Of Gong and Sound Baths

In the protection and safety of the Gong Space, harmful negative energies seccumb to the more abundant and powerful positive energies being integrated into every single cell of our body. However more sensitive people may recall, and even feel the memory of the issue surrounding the negative energy before it enters into a state of collapse. This applies to other therapies also, but more so with combined Sound and Reiki healing.

Where this happens it can cause brief moments of anxiety, grief or sadness for some people, before those harmful negative energies fall away and collapse. More about Gongs

Gong Baths are an ancient type of sound therapy where you'll be bathed in sound waves, which release high vibrations into every part of the body. This works to rebalance our organs, glands, while boosting our immune system. Energy blockages and stress are dissolved and as the brain slows down taking us into Altered states of consciousness, the brain releases several “feel-good hormones.” These happy hormones evoke euphoria & excitement in our minds.These include dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin. Dopamine makes us feel pleasure, the kind we feel listening to music, etc. Meanwhile, serotonin is a natural mood booster that helps us to fight depression. Endorphins act as natural pain relievers, while oxytocin is the love hormone that enhances social bonding and induces feelings of protection, especially between mother and child.

The Instruments Used

Micheal uses different Instruments for each of his events. His Love Vibration event uses Koshi Aqua and / or Air Wind Chimes, Shaman Drum, plus two Wind or Feng Gongs and one Chau Gong. Coupled to Spiritual Intent to fuse the Reiki and Crystal energy with that of Sound produces a Psycho Acoustic experience like no other.

Micheal's Koshi Chimes produce gentle melodies, with soothing sounds which help prepare the Soundscape for your session, by initiating inner calm and relaxation, lowering tension, stress and anxiety. They can assist in regulating our emotions while providing enhanced levels of focus and providing deeper connections with nature and the universe.

Micheal's Gongs are played intuitively with a variety of mallets, and styles of play to avoid overly producing monotonous rhythms. The sounds of the Gongs can be both magical and haunting, and help connect us to the universe as well as offering a psycho-acoustic gateway to heightened, and altered states of consciousness. Physical, emotional and mental benefits are huge. By raising our bodies Vibration the body can begin healing itself .Lowering our brainwaves helps the body release endorphines and it has a calming and soothing effect on the Vagus nerve which runs through all the major organs in the body.

Micheal's Shaman Drum is full of bottom-heavy bass and soulful vibration, which is perfect for raising our vibration, clearing energy blockages, and assisting to bring about the altered states of consciousness we need for this session.
