About this Event

Did you know that about 70% of your immune system is connected to your gut? And did you know that foods like vegetables and sourdough bread can help support a healthy gut? Yes—some breads and carbs can be part of a healthy diet!

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the connection between functional foods, like delicious sourdough bread, fruits and veggies and the connection they have to a healthy gut. You’ll also learn the basics of caring for and using a sourdough starter so you can make delicious sourdough at home.

Want to start your own sourdough journey? A portion of our well-established “Sourdough Mutha” starter will be available for purchase for $15 in person or $20 if you’d like it mailed to you.

Come learn, taste, and discover how sourdough can be both delicious and gut-friendly!

Zoom option is available. Please let us know if you plan to attend virtually!
