Laura Showalter Youth Concerto Competition Winner
In addition to honoring the Laura Showalter Youth Concerto Competition winner, the ups and downs of human emotions concerned with love are provoked in a program that features music of Leonard Bernstein with selections from "West Side Story." Explorations of unusual love stories in "My Funny Valentine" and the music of Berlioz and Bizet are offered too.
Adult tickets are $15 and Senior (65+)/Student tickets are $10. Students of all ages can take advantage of this discounted ticket rate with a valid ID. Children 12 and under have free admission.
This event is made possible in part by the Columbus Area Arts Council, and the Indiana Arts Commission, which receives support from the State of Indiana and the National Endowment for the Arts.
