Developed by Dr. Daniel Amen and the Amen Clinic, WHOLE 4 is a brand new 12 session series that educates and supports participants in 4 area of focus for growth. Combining neuroscience and scripture the 4 areas of focus are:
- Brain/Body
- Mind
- Relationship
- Spiritual purpose
As a national pilot project of 80 selected churches, the curriculum and access to the Whole 4 app is completely free.
Launch is Tuesday evening Feb 17th
Childrens programming is provided at no cost
Dinner available weekly 5:30-6:20
Group sessions 6:30- 8
Facilitated by Jonathan Isbill, MS Registered Dietican and Dana Bowling, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
