Would you like to deepen your capacity for self-compassion and inner connection? Join us for a series of day retreats where we’ll explore the Buddha’s teachings on loving-kindness, supported by two powerful body-informed practices: yoga and Focusing. Each day will include gentle movement, meditation, and reflective exercises, creating the pause you need for you to reconnect with yourself. The retreats will be led by Varadhi, an Order Member at the Melbourne Buddhist Centre, experienced yoga practitioner, and certified Focusing Trainer. You are welcome to attend any or all of the sessions, each centered around a different theme.
