Natalie is a certified 5Rhythms teacher (Waves and Heartbeat), and teaches daily Multivitamin classes online, as well regular classes and workshops in Melbourne, Hobart and Europe. Natalie is also a professional Dance-Movement Therapist, and Narrative Practitioner and weaves somatic and embodied storytelling into her offerings.
All classes with Natalie can be counted towards the 5Rhythms teacher training, or Dance-Movement Therapy personal hours.
