Join us and our friends at Golden Gate National Recreation Area to celebrate Latino Conservation Week on Saturday Sept 12th from 9am to 3pm.

Please only register if you can commit to attending.

Latino Conservation Week: Disfrutando y Conservando Nuestra Tierra is an initiative of Hispanic Access Foundation. Latino Conservation Week was created to support the Latino community getting into the outdoors and participating in activities to protect our natural resources.

Bus transportation will be provided and required. Our meetup/dropoff location will be at The Presidio Transit Center. It is very important to be there on time. If you miss the bus, you miss the event!

At Muir Woods, we will have the opportunity to explore the woods, and participate in activities led by NPS staff.

Things to note:

• NO pets allowed.
• We will provide snacks. Please plan to bring a lunch and water.
• Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

More details will be provided after registration. Keep a look out for our waiver via email.

Please only register if you can commit to attending. If something comes up, please cancel your RSVP or let us know as soon as possible. We want to make sure we have a good attendance and fill the seats in the bus. Many folks will want to regsiter but won't be able to because of limited space, so please honor your reservation.
