Join us starting 2nd June at 10:00 AM (BST) for a gentle and supportive tinnitus support course designed to help you manage the emotional and physical impact of tinnitus through sophrology techniques for stress reduction and nervous system regulation.
This 6-week programme is designed to help you reduce tinnitus-related stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and develop practical coping strategies to live more comfortably with tinnitus.
Rather than focusing on trying to “fight” tinnitus, this course helps you change your relationship with it through calm, guided practices that support relaxation and emotional wellbeing.
