In non-dual Tantra, meditation is the gateway to recognizing the truth of who and what you are. In this twice-monthly class, you’ll explore foundational non-dual teachings from the Tantric tradition, paired with guided meditations designed to bring those teachings into direct experience.
Each session introduces a core theme drawn from classical Shaiva Tantra and is brought to life through potent meditative practices. You’ll work with breath, mantra, visualization, and the subtle body, with the aim not to transcend your experience, but to fully inhabit it with clarity, presence, and depth.
Every class includes a short teaching, a guided meditation, and space for integration. Over time, you’ll begin to recognize what it means to live from “the view,” not as a concept, but as a felt reality that infuses your daily life with wisdom, ease, and grounded presence.
What to Expect:
A short teaching on a monthly theme rooted in non-dual Tantric wisdom
A guided seated meditation using breath, mantra, visualization, and subtle body awareness
Time for integration, reflection, and optional sharing
All levels are welcome. No prior experience or knowledge of classical Tantra necessary.

Lisa Witter is a Non-Dual meditation teacher and psycho-spiritual counselor with more than two decades of experience guiding students in accessible and transformative meditation practices. Rooted in the living traditions of Non-Dual Tantra—specifically Trika Śaivism and Śrī Vidyā—her teaching bridges classical Tantric wisdom with modern psychological insight. Lisa has studied with extensively Christopher Wallis and continues advanced study and practice with the Swami Lakshmanjoo Academy, Stanishwar Timilsina of the Vimarsha Foundation, and her guru, Śrī Yuganandanatha of Śrī Vidyā Tantra Peedom in Kerala.
As founder of the Tantric Arts Collective and the Living Tantra Project, and creator of The Karmic Warrior Oracle, Lisa has developed a wide ecosystem of offerings that reach students worldwide—through summits, mentorship, retreats, and an ongoing membership community. Her teaching is distinguished by a focus on integration—helping seasoned practitioners embody awakening as a lived experience in daily life rather than something reserved for the meditation cushion.
