9:00 AM - DOORS OPEN
Arrive, check in, connect with the community and get ready. The DJ will be warming up, the tunes will be running and the Carnival energy starts from the moment you walk through the doors.
9:15 - MOBILITY WARM UP
9:30 AM - IT’S TIME TO WORK
Charlotte and Sanchez Join forces for a HUGE full-body workout.
10:00AM - GUGID X LIFT N LINK (Main Workout)
Dumbbells. Barbells. Kettlebells. Ski Ergs. Air Bikes. Functional fitness. Hybrid training. Strength work.
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME. Come ready to work at your level and feed off the energy around you.
11:15 AM - THE FINAL SHOWDOWN
Competitive games. Team challenges. Big energy. One final push to finish the workout the only way we know how.
12:15 PM - REFUEL, CONNECT & VIBE
