Details to book here: https://www.sarum.ac.uk/short-courses/lived-mission-21c/This course, run in partnership with Churches Together in England (CTE), offers participants the opportunity to explore an overview and three key chapters in the book Lived Mission in 21st Century Britain. This new book gives a vital and rich understanding of the theologies and practice of mission today.
The day will begin with an overview of the introduction, looking at ecclesial diversity in Britain since World War II and the idea of “epistemic disobedience” before the exploring chapters from a black Pentecostal millennial perspective, an Indian Orthodox perspective and mission amongst older people.
The day will be interactive and participatory and aimed at both students and those in diocesan or Theological Education Institution (TEI) roles.
