Live Biodynamic Breathwork & Sound Journey

Join Biodynamic Breathwork Facilitator Neil Ferguson and Sound Healing Musician Eric for a journey through breath and sound. This is a space to slow down, open, breathe deeply, move your body, and feel. No experience needed. Just bring your breath, your body, and a willingness to meet what arises in yourself.

Neil will explain and demonstrate the Biodynamic Breathwork practice and then guide you through 3 rounds while Eric plays crystal bowls, flutes, drums, didgeridoo, shruti box, and more. Each round starts gently and slowly, builds up to a peak energy, and slowly winds down to stillness.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or thermarest
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Warm and cool layers of clothing
• Eyemask (optional)

Neil Ferguson has helped facilitate many Biodynamic Breathwork retreats across North America and Australia. He is also a Path of Love facilitator, Somatic Experiencing therapist, PSIP therapist, and much more. Neil facilitates with warmth, clarity and passion for the work. If you haven't done breathwork before, this is a great opportunity to give it a try.
