At Trolley Tour, you'll:

• Attend expert-led workshops on the homebuying process
• Connect with real estate professionals and community organizations at the City Living Fair
• Explore 10+ Northwest Baltimore neighborhoods on a narrated bus tour
• AND become eligible to apply for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City!*

Need to request disability accommodations? Live Baltimore is committed to making our events accessible to everyone. If you require an accommodation or service to fully participate in Trolley Tour, please get in touch with our Events Manager at [email protected] at least two weeks before the event. In all situations, we will make a good-faith effort to provide reasonable accommodations.

*Your attendance at Trolley Tour qualifies you to apply for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore down payment and closing cost assistance incentive. Attendees can apply for the incentive from Monday, February 8, through February 24. Twenty homebuyers will be selected from a pool of eligible applicants on February 26, 2027, via a lottery process. Learn the details of qualifying for the incentive lottery or email us [email protected].
