In this playful one-hour class, little explorers (ages 18 months- 4 years and their grown-ups) stretch, wiggle, and breathe through yoga poses inspired by the tale of the day. After movement and storytime, we dive into a themed hands-on activity or open play that keeps the fun—and the imagination—flowing.
