Join us for a unique and engaging experience for toddlers and their caregivers where we will explore age-appropriate yoga poses, fun games, and mindful breathing exercises. Our class blends yoga mat time with open-ended exploration stations. This setting provides children ages 2 - 4 years old with opportunities to socialize with their peers and for caregivers to connect and build a supportive community.
