Join us for a magical under-the-sea adventure inspired by everyone's favorite mermaid! Children will stretch, move, and play through an ocean-themed yoga journey filled with mermaid poses, sea creature movements, mindful breathing, and imaginative games. We'll dive into a world of sparkling seashells, friendly dolphins, and underwater treasures while building strength, confidence, and mindfulness.
After yoga, little mermaids and ocean explorers will create a special themed craft to take home as a reminder of their underwater adventure!
