💜 Do you long for coming together with other sweet and curious beings, and sing, play instruments, dance, drink tea, meditate and have a sound journey co-created together?
💜 Do you want to learn some basic foundations for jamming?
💜 Would you like to learn some simple rhythm, groove and drumming patterns? And how to hold a beat going?
💜 Would you like to explore your voice in a safe and playful space?
💜 Do you dream about sinking into a soft carpet and drift into yourself in deep relaxation while enjoying a sound journey?
💖 Welcome to our tribal jamming workshop - The Art of Jamming! 💖
This gathering will open with a tea ceremony, where we will take some time to come together, sink into ourselves, and the space and drink a warm and supportive herbal elixir brewed by our wonderful herbalist Maria. 🍵
Then we will start the workshop with:
💚 Vocal activation, humming and chanting.
💚 Drumming exercises where we will share some simple but powerful rhythms, explore ways to play a drum, and how to hold the bpm/tempo.
💚 Look at other percussion elements to add to our basic drum beats.
💚 Show some beautiful and very easy ways to jam with a guitar.
💚 Play and sing together.
💚 Move - Dance whatever you feel like.
💚 Close the gathering with a sound journey.
💚 Hang out and drink more tea together.
So to make it very clear: In this event the main focus will be on learning and experimenting singing & jamming together, with much more direct guiding than we have done in earlier events.
We will be talking and sharing from our own experience of how we have been jamming together for many years. And Mallika (aka Witch Princess) will share many tips and technics from her music production journey. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿
We will play beautiful and supportive backing soundscapes, deep and relaxing music, that we will use as a canvas to jam over. 🦋
And we will bring instruments like handpan, several guitars, shruti box, shamanic drums, koshi chimes, percussion, shakers, rattlers to create a live sound journey experience together. 🌿
For this event we will cover the floors with thick carpets and sheep skin, and there will be plenty of pillows and blankets so that you can get super comfortable on the floor.
We will do everything we can to create a safe and warm space to sink into our bodies and our hearts. And to have grate fun together! 💖
This gathering will not focus as such on dancing, but we invite you to dance and move at any time you feel like it. Movement from deep within, guided by the slower tempo of the music and the shamanic drums.
And at the end you can just relax and enjoy a beautiful healing sound journey.

About the Organizer:
My name is Mallika J Y Herland, and I am a passionate explorer of the wonders of meditation & dance, sound & rhythm.
With my dj artist alias, Witch Princess, I have been sharing sound magic in Norway and abroad for more than 20 years.
Deeply inspired by trance inducing music, folklore, storytelling, nature & spirituality, I love to create musical journeys intended to send the listener on a magical ride from the outer world, through our inner world, to connect with the mystical spirit world.
I early discovered that music can take you to a space where the mind gets quiet and the body turns soft and liquid, where the perceived «you» totally disappear, and where there is freedom. In this natural ecstatic trance, the portal has opened and you can just melt into a meditative state. This is a celebration of life. Like making love to existence itself. And I just love to share this wonder with others on the dance floor.
With my event and record label; Liquid Moon, I arrange Sound Workshops and Gatherings, Cacao Ceremonies, Ecstatic dance and Psytrance Parties, and releases my own music.
Emerging from my own spiritual journey is a deep longing to share the beautiful gifts of music, mystery & meditation, and this intention is poured into my music, events, dj set’s and live-performances.
Combining nature sounds, organic textures and world instruments into electronic music production, I create magical, and sometimes, psychedelic sound journeys, with the intention to go deep, to uplift, to transform and unify.
For my Liquid Moon events at ERA I am bringing the beautiful experience of Cacao Ceremony combined with Ecstatic Dance, Healing Sound Journey and a Tribal Jam.
