About the Facilitator
Olha Formoda is a coach, certified tantra massage therapist, and facilitator. She creates spaces where gentleness meets depth — rooted in care, presence, and trust in the body’s wisdom.
Her background in medicine and law meets years of inner work — creating a presence that is both safe and transformative.
Program
Feel free to arrive 10–15 minutes early to land softly
14:00 — Welcome circle & grounding
14:15 — Body practices & connecting with each other
14:40 — Guided meditation
15:00 — Letting-go ritual: releasing what no longer serves you
15:20 — Manifestation practice
15:45 — Closing circle
16:00–16:30 — Open space for picnic, connection & gentle landing back
Practicalities
Location: Gleisdreieck Park, Berlin, Germany
You will receive the exact location and a link to the chat with the participants by email after purchasing your ticket.
Time: 14.00–16.30 ( please be on time)
You can bring some fruit or other snacks for yourself and to share with others.
Be sure to bring water and something to sit on in the grass under the trees.
