Discover Lino printing with this direct graphic printmaking technique.
Produce a two colour lino print. Print up to 12 prints or cards each per person.
Learn how to design, cut and carve and print a two colour lino print.
This is an enjoyable print making process with exciting pleasing results.
Tea, coffee provided. Please bring a packed lunch. There are also cafes and shops nearby.
All materials are included in the course, including ink and paper.
Course Content.
Spend a relaxed Sunday producing your own lino cut prints. Images will be approximately 4 inch squared once printed. All lino plates will be cut to size ready for the workshop. Please come along to the workshop with ideas in mind for your cards, although I will be there to help create a lovely lino cut image to send to your family and friends.
Registration for printing will be explained during the workshop.
All materials are included in the course, including ink, greeting cards and envelopes. Each person can print up to 12 cards each during the day.
Please bring found images or drawings to work from to create a lovely set of prints.
I will give full assistance and guidance on preparing an image for your linocut prints.
Please bring an apron!
