The beauty of Italian cuisine is that it isn't as complicated as you might expect - it's all about technique and the quality of the ingredients! Join us for a hands-on, flavorful experience where you'll learn how to create the perfect risotto and master the art of making crispy, golden arancini: two iconic Italian dishes that are easier than you think once you know the tricks!

In this fun, interactive class, we’ll kick things off by making a creamy, aromatic risotto with saffron, lemon, and a generous touch of Parmigiano Reggiano: simple ingredients that pack huge flavor. Don’t worry, we’ll break down the technique step by step, so you’ll feel like a pro by the end of the class! Risotto isn’t scary…it’s all about understanding a few key concepts and embracing the process.

While our risotto simmers away, you'll get hands-on with making arancini: those beautiful, golden-fried rice balls filled with oozy, fresh imported cheeses. Everyone will make their own arancini, and yes, you get to take them home to enjoy later!

● Class Duration: Standard classes run approximately 2.5 hours. Kids classes are 1.5 hours.

● Location: Please verify your booking location (Elbow Drive, DFC, or other) on your Eventbrite ticket.

● Parking (Elbow Dr.): Underground parking is available. You MUST scan the QR code located in the parkade to register your license plate upon arrival.

● Refund Policy: Refunds are only available with at least one week's notice.
