As the days grow shorter and the air turns still, this seasonal sound bath series invites you to slow down and reconnect within.

Each 1-hour session offers a meditative blend of crystal singing bowls, drums, flutes, harmonium, voice and more - guiding you through deep rest, reflection, and renewal. Together, we'll ground the body, calm the mind, and awaken the inner light that carries us through the darker months.

No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the sound to support you.

Bring a cozy blanket, mat/cusion anything that supports your comfort for laying down :)
