Discover chefs who will bring their best across three categories — Soul Food, the Healing Plate, and Guilt-Free Indulgence (dessert) — and the community gets to taste.

This event showcases culture, wellness, and the belief that food can be both satisfying and healing.

Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 chefs, and the winner will be named Main Chef of the Life Space Kitchen.
