Come join us for Brewery Yoga - Zen with Eden at Round Trip Brewing Company! Get ready to unwind and find your inner peace with a rejuvenating beginner-friendly all-levels vinyasa yoga session led by Eden. Whether you’re a total beginner or a more experienced yogi, this class is designed for everyone. We’ll focus on balance and connecting to our breath as we flow through some easy-to-follow poses.

After we’re all stretched out, we’ll sip and socialize over refreshing beer—your first one’s on us! Just bring your mat and a water bottle, and get ready to unwind and enjoy. We can’t wait to see you there!
