"This kicking workshop will delve into the science behind having a good athletic development programme engrained into your female players. We will look at techniques that can be performed with simple body weight exercises to form a solid base for the player.From this we will then have a practical workshop looking at the mechanics behind the kick. We will examine how to coach various kicking styles which will give your players the opportunity to achieve maximum performance on the field."
