A beginner level class. Using props (hairs/bolsters/blankets/blocks etc) to help students complete poses in a safe manner. Focus is on increasing flexibility and mobility of the spine and joints. The muscles are strengthened after a period of time which helps to support and protect the bones and joints. Breath work is introduced to improve mental wellbeing.
This class is suitable for all ages and levels, students returning from illness or injury and complete beginners!
