Giant gongs, soothing chimes, various hertz frequencies, - rhythmic drums, harmonic and mono-neural singing bowls… plus more! We intend to create a unique somatic body/mind experience for you. I invite you to explore, release and reset.
Yoga mats, blankets eye pillows and bolsters are provided but additional blankets, pillows, and zero gravity chairs are great to bring to create your unique space.
