This series is designed to create a safe, welcoming space for reflection, conversation, and connection. Each session will focus on self-awareness, regulation, personal growth, goal setting, and overcoming challenges.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn and practice journaling, engage in group discussions, and reflective activities, as well as enjoy premium tea selections.
