Our endurance training is dynamic, progressive, and never boring, covering a wide range of workouts such as:
• Speed endurance
• Fartlek
• Hill training
• Circuits

Suitable for all fitness levels.
All newcomers will undergo a compulsory fitness assessment, allowing our coaches to understand your abilities, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored guidance.
