A Valentine Sound Meditation & Journaling RitualLetters to the Heart is a gentle Valentine-themed experience created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
This evening begins with a deeply relaxing sound meditation, using soothing frequencies to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open space in the heart. You’ll be guided into a peaceful, grounded state where the body can release tension and the breath can deepen naturally.
Following the sound meditation, you’ll be led into a journaling ritual designed to help you reflect, release, and write from the heart. This portion of the evening is held with great care and intention. While this is a group experience, it is also private—there is no sharing required. Your words are for you alone.
Letters to the Heart is a safe, nurturing space to practice self-love, self-compassion, and emotional presence. Whether you’re honoring yourself, moving through something tender, or simply craving quiet reflection, this experience offers a supportive container to meet yourself exactly where you are.

All materials needed for the journaling portion of the evening will be provided. Please bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets and any other comfort items, and water. If you do not have a yoga met, etc one will be provided for you.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
