FAMM and Wrongfully Incarcerated and Over-sentenced Families Council are THRILLED to announce the next installment in our "Letters for Liberation" community-building and educational series of events!
This time around we'll be honoring #prisonersjusticeday with a visit from Syrus Marcus Ware, one of the authors of the beautiful children's book "Abolition is Love".
As always, L4L will feature portraits of several wrongfully incarcerated Minnesotans and supply guides and materials for writing/drawing to them.
Swing by the Lucy Parsons Center from 1 to 3 pm on Saturday, August 8th to write a few letters, play family-friendly games, eat some snacks, and tune in for a very special storytime!
