Your instructor will guide you step-by-step with approachable techniques that make creating professional-quality dumplings exciting and achievable.

Create 3 Signature Dumpling Styles:You’ll try your hand at triangular, wonton, and pleated crescent shapes, using high-quality store-bought round wrappers for ease and efficiency (you will also learn how to prepare your own dumpling dough at home). You’ll also create two flavorful fillings—a savory pork option and a vegetarian alternative—while practicing your knife skills, seasoning methods, and crafting a perfectly balanced dipping sauce.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment.
