KPOP IN THE SUNSET returns to The Commons for an unforgettable summer evening of music, dancing, food, and community. Join MNKPOPCONNECT on Saturday, August 8 from 5:00–9:00 PM for a free outdoor celebration where K‑pop fans, families, and friends come together to enjoy the best parts of the culture we love.

As the sun sets over downtown Minneapolis, the night comes alive with Random K‑Pop Dance Play, open dance circles, and high‑energy music that keeps the crowd moving. Attendees can explore a curated lineup of local vendors offering K‑pop merch, handmade goods, art, and fan‑inspired creations. Food trucks will be serving a variety of meals, snacks, and drinks to keep the energy going all evening.

Whether you’re dancing with your crew, meeting new friends, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, KPOP IN THE SUNSET is designed to bring the community together for a warm, welcoming, and memorable night under the sky. Admission is completely free, and vendor and food truck applications will be opening soon.
