Innovation isn't necessarily new tech; it's also rethinking, restructuring, and connecting the unexpected.
About this Event

AI is part of everyday business now, but that's exactly why creativity and innovation matter more than ever. When everyone has access to the same tools, standing out isn't about using AI; it's about how you think, rethink, and rebuild around it.

For solopreneurs, startups, and scale-ups, that mindset helps you grow and stand out instead of blending into the crowd. Join us for the last Let's Touch BASE event before BASE Conference to explore what innovation really looks like and how to put it to work in your business.

WORKSHOP: Turning AI Into Your Advantage

Here's what's really happening: AI access is no longer the differentiator. Everyone has the same models and tools. What actually separates the companies and professionals pulling ahead is what they choose to build on top, what they refuse to outsource, and how fast they can change their minds.

Alessandro Vozza, a technologist with 20+ years solving complex problems that matter, leads this working session. From research chemist to cloud architect to AI engineer, Alessandro has spent his career at the intersection of innovation and real-world business challenges. Today he partners with enterprises navigating cloud and AI transformations at Microsoft, and he's built a deep understanding of what it takes to scale intelligently.

In this hands-on workshop, Alessandro walks through exactly how to make the right calls about AI in your own business. We'll use a real example from our community, Luca, to show how you can automate to the extreme while keeping control and accelerating growth.

This is practical. Designed for business operators, not engineers. You'll leave with a different way of thinking about operations, where innovation becomes a way of working, not just a buzzword.

FIRESIDE SPEAKER: José Antonio Otoya Nieto

We're thrilled to host José Antonio Otoya Nieto, Facilitator, ADHD+ Coach, Speaker, and Community Placemaker at Just Release The Kraken. José Antonio brings a unique perspective on innovation through the lens of neurodiversity and human-centred thinking.

With a background spanning architecture, urban design, performative arts, and anthropology, José Antonio helps neurodivergent minds build lives and businesses that actually feel like their own. He believes that innovation thrives when we restore our relationships with ourselves, others, our work, and our contexts in ways that hold. His approach is human-centred, action-oriented, and systemic, grounded in dialogue between Western and Andean cosmologies.

In our fireside chat, José Antonio will explore how different ways of thinking, especially neurodivergent perspectives, are not obstacles to innovation, but essential catalysts for it. His journey shows that the knowledge we're told to leave behind is often exactly what we need to build something meaningful.
