Let's Meditate at San Diego Yoga Center

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating meditation session at the beautiful San Diego Yoga Center.

Let’s Meditate is an immersive meditation experience. This offering intends to make the peace of meditation accessible to everyone. During this 1.5-hour event, people of all levels of experience with meditation will learn how to deepen their practice and meditation experience, through live music, mantras, guided visualizations, and pranayama.

For most of the event, we will be seated on the floor or in a chair. However, there will be an option to lie down for the last 30 minutes.
