Kimchi Class!!
Fermentation as Alchemy. Flavor as Transformation.
Join Lauren Price, master brewer and founder of Mindscape Fermentations, for a hands-on fermentation workshop rooted in practical skills and real-world experience. Lauren has owned and operated a fermentation-focused production space for the past four years, working professionally with live cultures across food and beverage.
In this class, you’ll create your own batch of kimchi while learning the foundations of traditional vegetable fermentation, proper salt ratios, and how to build depth, balance, and flavor using simple ingredients and live cultures.
