Lauren has owned and operated a fermentation-focused production space for the past four years, working professionally with live cultures across food and beverage.In this class, you’ll create your own ferment and choose your path. Go bold with fermented Buffalo cauliflower, packed with heat and flavor, or opt for a traditional cauliflower garden mix for a balanced, non-spicy option with fresh vegetables and classic fermentation character.This class focuses on the fundamentals of vegetable fermentation, proper salt ratios, and how to build depth, balance, and texture using simple ingredients and live cultures.
