Join Cilla for one hour of invigorating flow to get your Labor Day off to an amazing start! She’s bringing out her 80s playlist again in this fun vinyasa flow! We will wrap up class with a cool down and meditation. Participants should be able to get on and off the floor independently. Use of props and pausing on poses will be offered/suggested.
