Join instructors Beth Rockert & Jeanna Vent Fodor & get ready to shine from the inside out at Glowga—a high-energy, feel-good yoga class set under blacklights with glowing body paint, neon accessories, and an electrifying playlist to match the vibe. This is not your typical yoga class—it's a celebration of movement, music, and light!

We'll flow through an all-levels vinyasa-inspired sequence designed to get your body moving and your energy lifted. Expect fun transitions, upbeat music, and plenty of opportunities to dance it out, laugh, and let go.
